Installations

The House, made up of a main building, with a 400m2 covered interior patio, with an industrial kitchen, dining room, 6 bedrooms, 4 complete bathrooms and a toilet, has been conceived for universal accessibility: Adapted bathrooms, door widths, door widths hallway, turns, rooms with easy transfer beds…

All the rooms are exterior, overlooking the garden and the sea, or the Banana Plantation and fruit trees.

Outside (garden), which is accessed by a ramp from the main house, some rooms of the Finca were renovated, where currently there is a fully accesible 50m2 Loft, consisting of a room, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom bath. From the garden, which has 350m2, with solarium and barbecue for the enjoyment of our guests, you can access the 1500m2 Plantation of Banana and fruit trees, whose fruits and access will always be available to our guests.

The Zone

The House is located in a very quiet fishermen’s neighborhood of Arucas (San Andrés), it is just 20 meters from the beach and the natural pools that exist in the area.

It is surrounded by countless services: bars, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, church, hairdresser, bakery, supermarket, and bus stops in the direction of Las Palmas (South direction) and Agaete (North direction).
